Oh, I have always wanted a Vespa myself, and this picture is just awesome. I would love to be cruising down the streets of Milan on one of these. Gah….but the digestive system is fun too……
I also really love this photo as well.
And one more…

Grand Velas, Puerto Vallarta

I went down to Mexico with Cami and two other girls when I was about 19. We went for one of those week long all-inclusive deals. It was super fun, and pretty sweet to be able to go around and eat and drink whatever and whenever you want. I don’t know that I would do an all-inclusive trip again though, just because we spent so much time at our resort and didn’t see much of Puerto Vallarta itself. Haha, well actually I would do it again!

Cami and I went to Seattle for my 24th birthday. We had so much fun staying at the Fairmont and drinking half price liquor at the hotel restaurant. Yay perks! After hotel drinking we went to a local comedy club and got harassed by the comedian. Haha it was awesome!

I drove down the coast to California with my family when I was about 13. It was fun, we went to Disneyland and they told about 100 people that they could stay an hour after closing. So we pretty much had all of Disneyland to ourselves and got to go on any ride with no lineup. It was awesome! I also loved walking down Rodeo Drive, the fashion was so amazing.

I went to Calgary with 4 of my best buddies. We had just turned 18, so we spent a week drinking and partying. It was so much fun, and we had a ton ofcrazy times. My favourite was line dancing at a hick bar and having the manager come over and ask us if we wanted to come back? We were all like “Oh no, we can’t we have to leave tomorrow, too bad we can’t be your bars line dancing entertainment” Only to have him be like “No, I am kicking you guys out for bringing your own booze into the bar” HAHA. I picked this photo because it reminded me of Lindzi…..Look it’s a plane!

My last stop in England was Brighton. I was there for New Years 2004. Brighton was a really beautiful place and it was so nice to see the ocean!

Probably the funnest day I had in Derby was when England won the Rugby World Cup. The game started at 10am and the pub was FULL. We even got Daz’s dad to come down to the pub with us. We started drinking early and the day just got better and better. After the win Daz wanted to crash the local Aussie pub to do some rubbing in. I am mostly just a huge fan of the chants. Goooo Johnny Johnny, Johnny Johnny Johnny Johnny Wilkinson. Ha this one is not to original, but still fun. My ultimate favourite though has to be….Get your shit stars, get your shit stars, get your shit stars off our flag!

Back in Derby. We woke up on Christmas morning and went straight to the local pub. It was awesome! One of my favourite parts about local pubs in England is that they have fireplaces in them. I could sit all day/night by the fireplace and drink beer. After the pub we went back to Darren’s house, opened presents, and then played football in the backyard until his mom called us in for delicious turkey dinner. After dinner, movie’s, more wine and a lot of passing out.

My next stop was to see my friend Lucy. She lived in Balsall Common, which is near Birmingham. We had so much fun shopping and pubbing. Pre-drinks at Lucy’s country house was pretty hilarious too.

After leaving London, I went to Derby to visit my friend Daz. Everyone asked why I ended up staying in Derby?? But good friends = good times, so I stayed in Derby for a couple months. This was one of the pubs that we went to frequently, but apparently it is all boarded up….too bad.

While visiting Joey, we went for a walk through the funky Camden Town. There were some awesome shops here, and some really great people watching too.
Once I got to London, and Colin went home, I went to visit my friend Joey. He lived right near Primrose Park in London, and I spent many days laying in this park.

After our time in Exeter, we headed up to Derby for a few days. After that Colin and I went to Bristol, and met Colin’s friend, Poppy. We had so much fun exploring the city and drinking all night. After a few nights there, Colin and I headed to London.

Exeter was amazing! It is where we had a big reunion of all my best friends from Aussie. Daz, Tim, Colin, Sara, Gip, Jason, Lucy, Robbie, and me, it was such a fun weekend. Exeter is Robbie’s hometown, and we definitely had fun crashing his local pub!

After spending a month with my family in Holland and a bit of time with them in England, they were off back to Canada. I wasn’t ready to go home yet, so I ended up staying in England and visiting friends for a few more months.

I went to visit my friend Sjoerd in Amersfoort. It was such a great weekend, spent at the local football field, with games and beers. It was awesome because pretty much the whole town of Amersfoort came down to watch the football. I really wish we had that here.

We stumbled upon this place walking through Amsterdam. It was pretty amazing, and they make hundreds of types of liqueurs. Try the Aphrodite’s kiss if you ever make it there. That is the only one where they wont let you know what is in it!
