Oooh, It feels like summer might be on its way soon!….I couldn’t be happier…unless maybe I had a few of these!
I am really addicted to knitting, I don’t know what it is but I am like a little grandma. I am getting a bit bored with just making scarves so I am looking to try some new things. One book I came across which is filled with cute summer clothes is Sexy Little Knits, by Ashley Paige. Here are a few of my favourites from the book.
Today I had to buy this toque. It is the best toque ever, and it is from Lululemon. It is now officially my first thing from Lulu. I bought black though, only because I know I am going to need to wear it everyday. It is so warm, and with the “sneaky brim” looks much better than a regular toque. Also I had to buy another ball of yarn for my scarf (3 balls so far)…but it is coming along. Now that the snow is here, I have to get prepared.
Front and Co. is one of my favourite shops in Vancouver. I love how they have such a wide variety of clothing there, and I always find things I want. Living in Kelowna I sometimes dream of it…haha sad I know….but I am going to get to make a trip there this Saturday….WOO!! Jonathan and Olivia is another one of my favourites although it is pretty expensive. They do have some pretty awesome sample sales though! Miss Coquette is an awesome store and is owned by my friend Leanne Dunic. She just opened a new store as well called Tenth and Proper, hopefully I can check it out while I am in Van.
